From recurring drag programming to themed showcases and specialty nights, our system ensures reliability, promotional accountability, and contingency planning — allowing venues to focus on operations while we handle entertainment logistics.

We work within your entertainment budget to design programming that aligns with your goals while maintaining professional standards and production quality. Compensation structures are event-specific, allowing flexibility without compromising the integrity of the experience.

While Bandit X Entertainment coordinates talent and event structure, venue-led marketing and advertising efforts remain the responsibility of the host establishment. To support turnout and audience engagement, all entertainers contracted through Bandit X Entertainment are required to actively promote their booked appearances across their social platforms in the weeks leading up to each performance. This provides built-in promotional support while maintaining clear boundaries around venue marketing responsibilities.

To further support venue presentation, we also offer professionally designed event flyers and branded promotional graphics for a small additional design fee. This ensures cohesive visual branding, polished marketing materials, and a consistent event identity across platforms.

For individual creators, our model removes the burden of pitching venues, negotiating rates, and managing administrative coordination. Artists remain independent contractors and retain full control of their creative identity while we secure and present booking opportunities on their behalf. Performers focus on their art — and only compensate Bandit X Entertainment when a booking is successfully secured.
