Our Approach

Ban'dit x Entertainment was built to simplify live entertainment for both venues and performers. Instead of managing multiple entertainers, contracts, and last-minute changes, venues work with a single point of contact for booking, talent matching, and show coordination. Our goal is to remove the operational stress while delivering reliable, high-quality programming tailored to each space.

We partner with venues to match the right hosts, performers, and entertainers to their brand, audience, and event goals. From recurring drag shows and cabaret nights to themed events and specialty showcases, our focus is on professionalism, consistency, and thoughtful event design. Each show is supported by clear expectations, contingency planning, and structured coordination.

We also provide entertainment for private events, including birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and celebrations. Ban'dit x Entertainment connects clients with trusted performers and manages the details to create seamless, memorable experiences.

Our model is collaborative and flexible. We work within each venue or client’s budget while maintaining professional standards and advocating for fair opportunities for performers.

While Ban'dit x Entertainment coordinates talent and production, marketing for public events remains the responsibility of the host venue. Performers are expected to promote their appearances, creating a shared approach that increases visibility and attendance.

We also offer professionally designed event flyers and branded promotional materials for an additional fee, helping venues maintain a polished and consistent visual presence.

For performers, we remove many of the logistical barriers of working independently. Artists remain independent contractors while we handle bookings, coordination, and logistics—allowing them to focus on their craft while accessing reliable opportunities.

    Shannon Taylor (he/him)

    ‍Executive Producer & Head of Partnerships

    As Executive Producer and Head of Partnerships for Ban’dit X Entertainment, Shannon Taylor Schneider leads the vision, development, and execution of all productions. He specializes in high-energy drag performances, immersive themed events, private bookings, and large-scale curated experiences, ensuring that every event is both creatively compelling and professionally executed.

    Shannon focuses on building strategic partnerships with bars, venues, businesses, and community organizations, working to transform spaces into high-performing entertainment environments. His approach is rooted in understanding audience engagement, programming strategy, and how to create events that drive attendance, increase revenue, and build long-term relationships with both clients and partners.

    With a background in business development, data analytics, nonprofit fundraising, and event curation, Shannon brings a structured, results-driven mindset to the entertainment industry. He specializes in connecting performers, spaces, and audiences—designing experiences that are not only high-energy and inclusive, but also operationally sound and scalable.

    His experience in community organizing and nonprofit leadership across Ohio—including Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland—has shaped his ability to build strong networks and deliver meaningful, well-executed events. As the founder of Queer Climbing Columbus, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and a contributor to regional initiatives and festivals, he has successfully developed and supported multi-day events and large-scale experiences such as Werk! the Red, Muir Valley Pride, and Affinity Space Weekend.

    Through Ban’dit X Entertainment, Shannon oversees every aspect of production, including partnership development, sponsorship alignment, talent coordination, fundraising, logistics, and on-site execution. His work centers on creating engaging, inclusive, and high-impact events that bring people together while delivering value to venues and collaborators.

    Known professionally as Ban’dit, Shannon is also a Columbus-based performer with a bold stage presence and a growing footprint in the Midwest entertainment scene. He holds titles including Mr. Trans Great Lakes 2025, Mr. Southbend King 2025, and Mr. Trans Ohio 2023.

    Brit Bordner (he/him)

    Director of Business Development

    Brit Bordner serves as the Director of Business Development for Ban’dIt X Entertainment, where he leads strategic growth, partnership development, and client relationships across the company’s productions. With a professional background in training, recruiting, and operations, Brit specializes in building scalable systems, developing talent, and creating meaningful partnerships that drive both revenue and audience engagement.

    In his corporate career, Brit has held roles in training and development, recruiting, and leadership, including serving as a Vendor Training and Development Specialist at Klarna and currently working in healthcare recruiting. His experience is rooted in communication, performance management, and organizational growth—skills that translate directly into the success of live entertainment and event production.

    Brit is a graduate of Ball State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Travel Services Management. His academic background provides a strong foundation in experiential design, customer engagement, and the operational side of the entertainment and hospitality industries.

    Outside of his corporate work, Brit performs as Anaslaysia, a drag entertainer and live vocalist whose work centers on theatrical performance and musical storytelling. Known for delivering live-sung Broadway performances, Anaslaysia brings a unique approach to drag that blends cabaret, theater, and nightlife into one cohesive experience.

    He is also a producer of live-singing Broadway drag shows, helping create and develop a performance format that emphasizes vocal talent, storytelling, and elevated production value. His work in this space continues to expand opportunities for live vocal drag within the Columbus entertainment scene.

    In addition to performance, Brit is a certified fitness instructor, leading drag yoga and spin classes that combine movement, performance, and community engagement. These offerings reflect his commitment to creating inclusive, high-energy spaces that support both physical wellness and creative expression.

    As a performer, Anaslaysia has earned titles including Miss Boscoe’s 2025 and Miss Southbend 2024, with additional recognition reflecting continued growth within competitive drag. He also made his CAPA debut in Cabaret, further establishing his presence in theatrical performance.

    Bringing together business strategy, live performance, and community-driven programming, Brit Bordner represents a modern, multi-dimensional approach to entertainment.

    Whether developing partnerships or performing as Anaslaysia, he creates experiences that connect people through creativity, energy, and intention.

    Soy Queen (she/her)

    ‍ Director of Talent & Casting

    Soy Queen serves as the Director of Talent & Casting for Ban’dIt X Entertainment, where she leads performer development, casting, and creative direction across a wide range of productions. In this role, she helps shape the artistic standard of the company by curating talent, mentoring performers, and supporting the development of polished, engaging live entertainment experiences.

    Her work reflects a strong understanding of both performance and production. With experience behind the scenes as well as on stage, Soy Queen brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to live entertainment, balancing professionalism, visual presentation, and audience impact.

    In addition to her work with Ban’dIt X Entertainment, Soy Queen has served as Show Director for Boscoe’s (2023–2024) and Show Director for Toolbox, helping produce and oversee live drag programming while supporting performers and maintaining strong show quality. These leadership roles reflect her commitment not only to her own artistry, but to building successful, well-produced spaces for others in the drag community as well.

    As a performer, Soy Queen is the reigning Miss Gay United States 2025. Her accomplishments in pageantry also include Miss Gay Ohio United States 2025, Miss Ohio Gay Pride 2024, Miss Columbus Gay Pride 2023, Miss Boscoe’s 2023, and Miss Toolbox 2022. These titles represent years of dedication, competitive excellence, and continued growth within the drag community.

    Beyond performance and show leadership, Soy Queen is also an accomplished creative in the world of drag design, with experience in jewelry creation and hand-stoning garments and performance pieces. Her design work reflects a strong eye for detail, presentation, and craftsmanship, contributing to the visual artistry that is such an essential part of drag. Through this work, she helps bring performance concepts to life not only through stage presence, but through carefully crafted visual elements that enhance the overall impact of a look.

    Soy Queen’s career reflects a deep commitment to drag as both an art form and a community. Whether working as a performer, director, mentor, or designer, she brings dedication, creativity, and professionalism to every space she enters.
